If you contact us by phone or email, we receive the information you choose to share. When the inquiry form is activated on Netlify, we collect the name, email address, selected service and message that you submit. Netlify processes these submissions to deliver them to the business. Please avoid including sensitive personal details.

How information is used

Information voluntarily sent to us may be used to respond to inquiries, discuss requested administrative services, and maintain necessary business communications. Do not send identity documents, passport numbers, Social Security numbers, or immigration records through the general inquiry form.

Cookies and tracking

The website code does not intentionally add analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies. Your hosting provider may process technical connection data. This section must be reviewed if additional tools or third-party integrations are added.

Sharing and security

We do not claim that ordinary email is a secure document-submission channel. A separate secure process is required before receiving sensitive client documents. Form submissions may be stored by Netlify and accessible to the website administrator. A retention and deletion schedule must be adopted before launch.
